Life coaching is a very powerful way to change your life. The great thing is, and not many people know this, that you have all the answers – a life coach just helps you to access them. By providing a framework to discover what could be holding you back from achieving your dream weight and physique, asking questions around the issues discovered, identifying workable solutions and then supporting your work towards achieving success, we will maximise your chances of achieving the body and mindset you desire.

I am a qualified Life Coach and Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and have many years experience in helping people to achieve their goals and dreams. I’ve also lost over 70lbs by following a keto lifestyle, so I have an insight into what you are going through. These photos were taken in late April 2017 and mid October 2017.

Following a keto lifestyle can be challenging, especially in the early stages when you have to do things and eat things that you have been told are unhealthy all of your life. Overcoming deeply ingrained ideas can take a bit of doing and the support of a life coach can make all the difference.

Without Steve’s coaching this would, certainly, have been much more of a challenge, and I am now looking forward to a lifetime of Keto, with an ambition of obtaining that elusive six- pack, that disappeared quite some time ago!”
