These crispy keto garlic parmesan chicken wings are packed with flavour and coated in a buttery, cheesy sauce. Perfect for a snack, appetiser, or main meal.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange on the tray in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss wings in the garlic parmesan sauce and garnish with parsley.
  6. Serve warm with ranch dressing or a keto-friendly dip.
