These crispy keto garlic parmesan chicken wings are packed with flavour and coated in a buttery, cheesy sauce. Perfect for a snack, appetiser, or main meal.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Arrange on the tray in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Toss wings in the garlic parmesan sauce and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing or a keto-friendly dip.
